Availability and delivery
Our first collection is being prepared. All designs are currently marked sold out and cannot be ordered. We do not accept backorders for sold-out products.
When a design becomes available, delivery options and charges will be shown at checkout before payment. Any dispatch information displayed on the product page will apply to that item. Please contact us before ordering if you need a gift for a particular date.
Returns and cancellations
For UK online purchases, you can normally tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, then return them within a further 14 days. Contact us with your order number to arrange a return and obtain the return address.
Please handle items carefully and return them securely packed. You pay the direct cost of change-of-mind returns. We refund the item price and the basic original delivery charge where applicable, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence of return. Additional delivery upgrades are not refunded. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as you notice a problem so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
