Returns and cancellations

For UK online purchases, you can normally notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, then return them within a further 14 days. Contact us with your order number through our Contact page to obtain the return address.

You pay the direct cost of change-of-mind returns. Refunds include the item price and the basic original delivery charge where applicable. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence of return. Additional delivery upgrades are not refunded. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Please contact us promptly so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
