Shopping with The Thoughtful Touch

We are a retailer of selected jewellery and gifts. Our Bill Skinner products are described on their individual product pages. Photographs may include other jewellery or styling props; only the item or pair described is supplied.

Availability and prices

Our first collection is being prepared. Products marked sold out cannot be ordered, and we do not accept backorders. Prices are shown in GBP. Delivery charges and applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment at checkout.

Orders

When ordering becomes available, please check your chosen product, delivery details and total before paying. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable goods. We will not substitute a different item without your agreement.

Delivery and returns

Our Shipping policy and Refund policy explain delivery, cancellation and returns. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Using the website

Please use the website lawfully. Product images, text and designs remain protected by the rights of their respective owners. Colours may appear differently on different screens. Read the stated materials and care guidance before choosing a piece.
